Title:

Description:
Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken at the Roundhouse in Wilmington, Delaware, on 4 May 1952. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9990, a B-28S (0-6-0) switcher built by the American Locomotive Company as number "9212" during November of 1918, renumbered "9990" in February of 1948, and retired in November of 1952 after 34 years of faithful service. The road number of the K-4S "Pacific" pictured at the far left is not recorded. Williams Collection.
