PRR 3123, H-6SB, 1939
Title:  PRR 3123, H-6SB, 1939
Description:  Here is an original photo by Wesley H. Winant that was taken at South Delaware Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on 20 August 1939. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3123, an H-6SB (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as an H-6B during 1906, rebuilt as an H-6SB in June of 1916, and sold to the Chinese Manchurian Railway in August of 1939. Looks to me like it's all set for its seagoing sojourn to the Orient. ("PalaisStation"; #1 of 2)
