It was published originally in the July-August 1987 issue of "Locomotive & Railway Preservation" magazine, page 33. Second Row, Right Column: Shown here is PRR engine #4899, the R-1 (2-D-2) electric built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as number "4800" in September of 1934, rated at 5,000 horsepower, renumbered "4899" in November of 1934, renumbered "4999" in March of 1940, and retired in October of 1956. Bottom Photo: Shown here is PRR engine #4800, a GG-1 (2-C-C-2) electric built by General Electric as number "4899" in August of 1934, rated at 4,620 horsepower, renumbered "4800" in November of 1934, and now on display at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg. This is "Old Rivets."
