This sad moment was captured by an unknown photographer of Indianapolis Union Rwy 0-8-0 switcher #28 as it sat in a scrap line in Glassport, PA. I believe it was sold to the Tube City Iron & Metal Company. I could not find any information on this loco. Please leave a comment if you have information. |
