Here is the first of four successive duplicate 35mm color slides of photos by John Dziobko, Jr., that were taken at the Pennsylvania Railroad's Engine Service Tracks at Meadows Yard near Kearny, New Jersey, on 2 May 1953. Shown here (L to R) are PRR engines #4995 and #4730. #4995 is an E-3B (B-B-B) electric built by Baldwin-Westinghouse during June of 1951, rated at 3,000 horsepower, and retired in June of 1965. #4730 is a P-5A (2-C-2) built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in December of 1932, rated at 3,750 horsepower, and retired in November of 1964.
