CCA 2-8-2 #202 - Canton & Carthage RR  Contributor's Pick!
Here is another view of the 1926 Alco-Schenectady built Mikado (bldr #66953) originally built for the Natchez, Columbia & Mobile RR. This locomotive bounced from one logging railroad to another before finally reaching the Canton & Carthage RR. It was finally scrapped in October, 1962. The photo came from the collection of W.E.Warden.

Robert Farkas General Great short line catch. She looks fairly well taken care of since she seems to almost gleam on the boiler sides. 11/22/2015 8:37:22 PM
