SLRG #9118 GRENADA         
Built in 1950 by P-S in Lot #6871 to Plan #4069M as SP 4DB-4C-2DR sleeper #9118, 1 of 3 such cars (#9118-#9120) built in that Lot. Amtrak acquired these 3 cars in 1971 as #2380-#2382, and all 3 were retired in July 1981. In 1982, the #2380 and #2381 were sold to the Anbel Corporation in Brownsville, TX. Les Kasten later acquired these 2 cars from Anbel, and resold them to Golden Arrow Tours. The Wisconsin & Calumet RR later acquired these 2 cars; the #2381/#800020 was later resold to American-European Express, and the #2380 was later resold to a private owner.
