| We paid a visit to the BNSF River Sub. and caught BNSF Train U SEMBIR0 81 from Steelton, MN to Birmingham, AL as it was coming under the US Highway 62 Overpass with an ex-Santa Fe leading at 45 mph! The crew was very friendly and blew the horn at me a couple times. I've been trying for a shot like this for over a year now! The train was 108 loads, 0 empties, 108 total cars, 14,040 tons, 5,763 feet long, and was powered by 13,200 horsepower. |
