Richard Haave	General	Location is just North west of 16th St Tower and is layover tracks for suburban locomtives and engine crews between morning and afternoon rush hour trains. There was a turntable to our left. Ballasted track in foreground goes from Rock Island's 12th St Yard to the St Charles Air Line, located behind photographer	8/7/2011 5:21:19 PM
