A restored Clinchfield Railroad caboose at the historic Western Maryland Railway Station (1913) in Cumberland, Maryland. This also was a former Seaboard System 11072. Built in 1948. Caboose type is M930. The Clinchfield Railroad operated from 1902 to 1983 when it and the Louisville and Nashville formed the Seaboard System. Three years later the Seaboard would become CSX. |
