Description:  1 of 2 cars. This is either the OE #132 or #137, both of which were sold to the Skagit River RY in 1934 when OE ended passenger service. Under Skagit River ownership, the #132 was renumbered #18, and the #137 was renumbered #21. When the Skagit River RY ceased operations in 1954, these 2 cars were acquired by Andy's Diner.
