Description:  PW 3905 and ENGX 15246 arrive in Middletown on train CT-1. The tank car was supposed to come to PW from CSX at Worcester, MA. but it ended up in the CSX Cedar Hill yard where CT-1 picked it up. It was a load of clay slurry going to Simkins in New Haven.
