Description:  Here is an original photo by Douglas C. Jones that was taken in Orangeville, Maryland, c. 1953. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #4733, #4706, and #4727. All are P-5A (2-C-2) "Box Cabs" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works and rated at 3,750 horsepower each. #4733 was built in January of 1933 and retired in March of 1964; #4706 was constructed in October of 1932 and retired in April of 1961; #4727 was built in December of 1932 and retired in March of 1963.

Description:  Meadows. Here is the second of four successive duplicate 35mm color slides of photos by John Dziobko, Jr., that were taken at the Pennsylvania Railroad's Engine House at Meadows Yard near Kearny, New Jersey, on 23 January 1958. Prominent here is PRR engine #5379, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during June of 1924 and retired in April of 1958. Partially visible at the left is PRR engine #4733, a P-5A (2-C-2) "Box Cab" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in January of 1933, rated at 3,750 horsepower, and retired in March of 1964. Description:  Marlow. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4943, an E-2B (B-B) built by General Electric in October of 1951, rated at 2,500 horsepower, and retired in June of 1965. #4943 is bracketed by PRR locomotives #4742 and #4733. Both are P-5A (2-C-2) electrics built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works and rated at 3,750 horsepower each. #4742 was built in April of 1933 and retired in May of 1965, while #4733 was built in January of 1933 and retired in March of 1964. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. (#6 of 12)
