BWCX. Here is an original 35mm color slide that I took at the Berwind-White Railroad Car Shops in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, on 27 October 1964. Shown here is their newly-acquired and repainted GS-4 diesel-electric locomotive that was purchased from the Pennsylvania Railroad. Originally numbered "9328," it was built by General Electric in June of 1948 and rated at 380 horsepower. The names of the two Shopmen pictured at the right are not recorded.

BWCX. Here is an original photo that I took at the Berwind-White Railroad Car Shops in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, in August of 1968. Shown here is their GS-4 diesel-electric locomotive that was purchased from the Pennsylvania Railroad during 1964. Originally numbered "9328," it was built by General Electric in June of 1948 and rated at 380 horsepower. That's Brakeman Robert Renner riding on an unidentified TrailerTrain F-84A flatcar, while Engineman Robert Wingard is at the throttle.
