So this is the EL in Akron. |
| Description: |
Picture high priority UPS westbounds, coal, ore, merchandise, high wides, empties, loads, locals, yard jobs, etc. all using this track daily. With a few keystrokes, it was all evaporated. Was it all Conrail's fault? No, EL often shot itself in the foot. However, I am proud to know that when the book was finished and the last chapter was written, the EL had paid off every last cent of it's debt. That was my EL. |
